Editorial Policy

GPUSPOINT publishes guides about graphics cards and PC hardware. This page explains how we choose topics, how articles are researched and written, how we keep them up to date, and how to tell us when something is wrong.

What We Cover

We write about graphics cards for gamers, PC builders and people running AI workloads at home. Our main topics are GPU basics, temperatures and cooling, troubleshooting, overclocking and undervolting, installation and upgrades, accessories, buying advice, and GPUs for AI. We pick topics based on the questions real users ask most often in forums, comments and search.

How We Research and Write

  • Primary sources first. Specifications such as power ratings, VRAM and PCIe lanes come from NVIDIA, AMD, Intel and the card makers’ own product pages wherever possible.
  • Independent test data. When we talk about performance, we use results published by established hardware reviewers and link to them so you can check the numbers yourself.
  • Hands-on knowledge. Practical steps, such as how to check temperatures or install a card, are written from real PC building and troubleshooting experience.
  • Plain language. We explain technical terms the first time we use them and avoid unnecessary jargon.
  • No made-up numbers. If we are not sure about a figure, we either leave it out or give it as a range and explain why.

Use of AI Tools

We may use AI writing tools to help with research, outlines and first drafts. Every article is reviewed and edited by a human editor before publishing, who checks facts, specifications and links against the sources above. The editor is responsible for everything we publish.

Updates and Corrections

Graphics card prices, drivers and products change quickly. We review important guides regularly and update them when new hardware is released or information changes. When we make a significant correction, we update the article and its date.

If you find an error, please tell us through our Contact page. Include the article link and what you think is wrong. We read every message and correct confirmed mistakes as quickly as we can.

Independence and Advertising

Our recommendations are not paid for. No manufacturer or retailer reviews or approves our articles before publishing. The site may show ads to cover running costs, and some links may be affiliate links in the future. If we ever earn a commission from a link, this will not change what we recommend, and we will disclose it clearly.

Safety

Some of our guides involve opening your PC, changing voltages or updating firmware. We include warnings where a step carries risk, but you follow these steps at your own risk. If you are not comfortable working inside your computer, ask a qualified technician for help.
